The Welcome Team is responsible for opening the door and greeting people as they come into Church.
Offer each person a pen and welcome card as they come through the door.
Direct visitors to coffee/treat station in the welcome center and directions to the sanctuary.
Make sure visitors get a welcome card and ask them to fill out the card and place it in the offering plate. Let them know that the pastor will call if they would like more information about our church.
Smile, wear  a name tag, and let members and visitors know you are happy they came.
